What Causes High Fever With Ear And Abdominal Pain?

My daughter is 4 I took her into the ER today due to high fever that won t break, vomiting, ear ache & stomach ache.. We where in the ER for 5 hours, each hour her temp went up and her heart rate as well. Her temp is 104.3 and I m now noticing three hard lumps on her head about the size of a Nikle , they have no color and she says they don t hurt. The dc has diagnosed her with an ear infection, eye infection & UTI. He said he doesn t know what the lumps are, I m very worried they are serious being that her temp has been high for almost 24 hours and her heart rate.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to viral infection and this can be managed with symptomatic treatment if these fails to responds then antibiotic can be tried but prior to this it is advisable to get done the clinical examination and routine blood test and urine test ( for the heart rate this is nothing to worry because this is likely to happen in high grade fever ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
I find this answer helpful
