What Causes Herpes Infection?

Hello sir, I m from India and my age is 28. I have been detected herpes. But, I never had sex with anyone. a minor accident at some road corner and a scratch in my rt. leg. I have no sore on genitals or near mouth. But, I have sore in both legs and recently developed two spot in both arms. What should I do

Understand your concern
Herpes infection is caused by herpes simplex virus.
It also spread by direct contact to lesion of infected person through minor cut or injury.
It also affects the leg and arm produce fluid filled blister an associated with fever, headache and enlargement of lymph node
Diagnosis by blood test detect the antibodies and antigen against HSV-1 and HSV-2.
Advice:
Tablet ibuprufen
Topical benzocaine/lidocaine to reduce pain severity
Antiviral drug: oral/topical valcyclovir
Avoid sex till you get better
Use safer sex practice: condoms and oral diaphragm
