What Causes Hematuria And Rectal Bleeding In Lung And Lymph Node Cancer?
My brother-in-law was diagnosed with cancer sometime back now he is throwing up blood he is blood in the urine and blood in the stool and refuses to check with the doctor can you help me understand this the cancer was in the lymph nodes and now in the lung he did spot treatment on the lung about 6-7 weeks ago he is very stubborn and and won t check in to the hospital what happens next??

Your brother in law is suffering from stage 4 cancer.
His cancer has now spread and average survival time is from 6 to 9 months.
I will advise Tranexamic acid tablets 500 mg thrice daily after food for 2 days for him to stop his bleeding.
