Hello

Bleeding after intercourse may be due to many causes like problem in cervix, vagina, local cause etc.
It need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Direct visualization is needed to confirm any pathology.

Ultrasound of pelvis can be done after evaluation. It can exclude pregnancy.
Bleeding in your case may be related to vigorous sex but it is important to exclude all causes.
