What Causes Heavy And Irregular Vaginal Bleeding?

I ve been on my period for three days. I never know when I m going to start. My cycles have became irregular. With this cycle I ddint have cramps, until today still with a sever heavy flow I get woken up by sever cramping to my right side. And I haven t had any pain for 3 days while on my Flow until today. It hurts all to my right side of back to front and shoots down to the tip of my toes.

Here following causes has to be ruled out like......
-Pelvic inflammatory disease
-Endometriosis
-Ovarian cyst
-fibroid
-cervicitis etc.....

For that your pelvic and per speculum examination done along with USG abdomen for work up.....

According to specific cause than treatment is to be done....

Take care

If infective etiology there than suitable antibiotic given....

For irregular period if hormonal imbalance there than hormonal pill might given...

Advise : Gynecologist consultation for examination....
