What Causes Heaviness Of The Testis After Masturbation?

hello sir, I am naresh from chennai. I have a sexual problem facing from long time. I used to do hand job once a day, after doing I feel my testis r becoming heavy,and also I felt like my testis are dragging down. I'm facing this problem 1-2 hours after doing it.hope I could find a solution

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of doing masturbation followed by feeling of heaviness of the testes and as if they are dragging down.
This is very rare to occur and the possible causes are increased vascularity or may be varicocele or a sort of hernia wherein the fluid comes from the abdomen.
I would suggest you the following:
Since this is rare, this needs to be seen by the Urologist and get an ultrasonography and color doppler done n actually doing masturbation.
Then only this can be diagnosed well.
Thus it may be possible to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
