What Causes Heartburn And Throbbing Sensation On Neck?

I have had a throbbing sensation on the left side of my neck, along with heartburn and feeling lightheaded with quick movements. I also feel very tired at the end of the day. I'm female, 40 years old and very active with my kids. I am 5'8 and 180 lbs. I recently stopped taking an anti-depressent because of the side effects. What is causing these symptoms and what can I do?
