hello thank you for trusting HCM dear have you suffering neck pain??most possibly cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy can cause burning sensation.muscle spasm and ischemia heart disease also may present left neck pain with chest burning sensation.acidity with gastroesophageal reflux disease may present like this.si avoid spicy food, continue antidepressants why because sudden with drawing cause insomnia, headache etc.. get it done ECG. please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
