What Causes Heart Rate Between 90 And 95 Along With High BP?
I ve been sick for the last two days and my resting heart rate has been between 90 -95 I ve been taking cough drops. I m on medication for cholesterol and Effexor for anxiety. My resting heart rate is always around 80. I do not have high blood pressure. I m just a little worried because I feel a little weird when my heart rate goes up. My dr just ticks I m stressed. I m just nervous because my bomb is 95

From history it seems that you might be having anxiety neurosis or cardiac neurosis giving rise increasing pulse rate.
This might be normal as this is caused by anxiety.
Go for EKG to rule out any cardiac ailment.
This will relieve your nervousness if EKG is normal.
