What Causes Heart Racing After Climbing Stairs?

Doctor, I feel my heart pounding after climbing the stair case of 24 steps. I am regularly doing yoga exercises, and I feel no discomfort on account of doing yoga exercises. Then why I feel my heart palpitating faster after I have climbed up the steps. Can you suggest some remedy?

Hi welcome to HCM
Palpitations without chest discomfort or shortness of breath could be most likely related to anxeity or stress. But even miute risk shouldnt be taken.Get an ECG and 2D Echo of your heart to rule out any arythmias.Regular monitoring of Blood pressure, heart rate should be there.Investigations like Lipid profile,hs CRP,complete blood picture will be helpful.Drugs like Metoprolol can be useful in your case.consult cardiologist for expert management.
Thankyou
