Im 27 years old and I'm not super active but I try to exercise three times a week and I play with my son everyday. I have this pain every once in a while in the area where my heart is. it usually doesn't last too long but I'm wondering if you know what it is

It is not common to have heart pain in your age, it could be also neuromuscular pain. Could you, please, answer
