I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms may be related to an irritable bowel syndrome and any other gastro intestinal disorders (the gall bladder, pancreatitis, etc). From the other hand high blood pressure doesn t seem to be related to the above symptoms, but could be related to physical and emotional stress, an adrenal gland dysfunction etc. I recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical examination, a resting ECG, a chest x ray study, an abdominal ultrasound and some blood lab tests : -complete blood count -kidney and liver function tests -blood lipid profile -blood electrolytes -thyroid hormone levels (thyroid gland function) -cortisol and aldosteron plasma levels (adrenal gland function), to exclude other secondary causes of high blood pressure.
