What Causes Hearing Loss With Dizziness And Vomiting
My Mother (55 yrs) is having problem of head reeling. She is also having vomiting. Due to that she can t eat anything. She is also having hearing issues lately in one ear. Few months back, doctor has told that liquid has dried in the ear. Can this problem be resolved permanently.

As an ENT specialist, I suspect Meniere’s disease or benign positional vertigo (hearing loss not associated).
Meniere’s disease symptoms are:
1) Vertigo
2) Tinnitus
3) Fluctuating hearing loss
4) Fullness of ear
It is due to (fluid imbalance in inner ear), endolymphatic hydrops.
Treatment is:
1) Symptomatic treatment
2) Hearing aid if required
3) Surgery - severe cases.
