What Causes Hearing Loss In Right Ear With Tinnitus, Headache And Neck Pain?

Hearing loss in right ear over the last 4.5 months with tinnitus, headaches with aching down right side of neck. At times aching down into right chest. Nausea comes and goes with lowing head to sleep, hot shower or stress. Talked to ENT Dr. CT done no masses found. Unable to do MRI d/t vascular coils present in right side of head. Past AVM, Standford Medical Neuro. treated.

It may be due to meniers disease.

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with ENT surgeon for detailed examination.

You may require audiometry after consultation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Avoid ear piercing.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen
