Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would recommend performing some tests to investigate for the possible causes:

- a resting ECG
- a complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels to rule in/out possible thyroid dysfunction
- kidney and liver function tests
- blood electrolytes (including calcium, potassium, sodium and chloride to exclude possible imbalance)
- a nerve conduction study to examine for possible nerve damage that may cause symptoms in your legs

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
