What Causes Headaches With Coldness During A Pregnancy?

Hi, I'm 27 years old, 127lbs and 5'1" tall with no previous problems with my medical history. I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant (GBS positive) and have been having headaches for the last couple of days in the morning. They usually go away by the afternoon. Today my headache has persisted all day and gotten worse, plus I now have chills and am running a heater directly at me in order to warm up. I just had a doctor's appointment this morning before all this happened and all seemed to be well. Is this just the beginning of the flu or should I be calling my doctor? Thanks!
