What Causes Headaches, Neck Pain, Tinnitus, Dizziness And Loss Of Balance?
hi i am having lots of headaches neck pain pain behind my ears ringing in the ears dizziene3ss weakness tiredness walking straight is hard as i can not keep a straight line i am not drunk i also am experiencing anxiety and panic attcks from this which i have been diagnosed with i had a ct scan done as well as blood work all showed up fine. my sppech is off a little just concerned hopefully you can give me advice on this matter thank-you
Hello Thanks for writing in HCM I had gone through your query and understood your concerns. Headache ,dizziness, incordination all point out towards posterior circulatory stroke and they are not diagnosed by CT head (which was normal as in your case) In my clinic i advise MRI brain for patients with such symptoms as that is investigation of choice.
