What Causes Headaches After An Orgasm?

hi im a 19 year ol girl and im having probems after i orgasm,feels as if my throut is closing a bit and feel headeachs and get really dizzy. i had fanting issue once and since then i also get what seems to be panic attacks. ehh it feels horrible and ive been to a generalist, neurologist,"fisiatra", quiropractor wich told me i have spasms in the neck and "miositis cervical" and im going to a psicologist cuz its worriying me to much. i havent told them i have sex cuz of company when i go to the doctors but i wanna know if u can help me and or what doctor should i go so i can be back to being myself.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms during orgasm could be due to vasovagal shock because orgasm is kind is procedure which tighten the muscles of all areas of body and it is like valsalva maneuver and this could be the cause of headache and other symptoms just relax at the time of orgasm, no need to alert or exert the force hope this information helps, take care, have nice day.
