What Causes Headaches After An Eye Injury?

i box and took a uppercut to the right side of my face in my eye. I popped a blood vessel in my eye and now 3 days later im feeling headaches not so much dizziness, and looking at the screen doesnt bother my eyes but the top of my eyes are causing headaches. I am going to quit boxing i just want to make sure im ok should i go get a CT scan.

your main problem is head ache it appears you are boxer chances of getting injury in brain if every thing is normal then nothing to worry now. is very much there. do complete eye examination and take a MRI.brain.if every thing is normal then nothing to worry now
