What Causes Headache,dizziness And Heartburn?
I have had a headache for 3 days and now I have heartburn really bad I keep smelling smoke and it feels like it s burning my throat I have RA I went to the ER they did a CT blood work EKG and Chest Xray said everything came back fine they said it was a migraine two day later I went to the walk in clinic for the same migraine and now the heartburn and dizziness

I really appreciate your concern, migraine is functional more or less, and it may cause the hallucination too, heartburn could be due to hyperacidity and it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day, hope this information helps.
