Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Symptoms of vertigo and hearing loss are suggestive of pathology in inner ear. The presence of other symptoms of headache, limited range of motion of neck, sweating and uncontrollable eye movements are suggestive of neurological component also. I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist and neurologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
