Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM,

Understanding your concern . As per your query you have frequent nosebleeds with recurring migraine . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query infection , trauma, allergic and non-allergic rhinitis , hypertension , use of blood thinning medications and alcohol abuse . But in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are either due to hypertension or sinusitis . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may check vitals , may order ECG , TMT and complete blood profile . Doctor may prescribe betablockers , diuretic or calcium channel blockers . Apply ice pack on nose and put ressure on nose while bleeding .Doctor may also refer you to neurologist or ENT specialist . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take steam thrice a day .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
