Hello! I read your question carefully. I think it's more propable you're suffering from panic attacks. Panic attacks are a sensation of great fear or discomfort. They are spontaneous and of sudden onset. In general they are associated with accelerated heart rate and the sensation of the heart pumping strongly and getting out of the chest., chest pain, sweating, shortness of breath and choking sensation, nausea, numbness in hands and feet, dizziness, fear of a great unknown danger or fear of death, headache, nausea, diarrhea, sleep disturbances. Anyway the doctor have to rule out a heart condition, asthma, hypoglycemia etc. I hope i have been of help.
