Hello there,

Welcome to HCM,

Your symptoms are suggestive of acute sinusitis and bacterial pharyngitis.
Sinusitis is the inflammation of the sinuses where the sinuses are filled with mucus this causes pressure over the nasal bone and cheeks . This leads to headache and dizziness.
Pharyngitis leads to inflammation in the throat, soreness ,difficulty in swallowing and pain.
Continue the medication for 3 to 5 days the symptoms will be relived.
i would suggest you to go for symptomatic treatment at home like gargling with lukewarm saline water or antiseptic mouthwash like chlorhexidine or betadine which gives soothing effect to the throat.

i hope this helps,
take care.
