What Causes Headache And Numbness In The Tongue?

Hi Docter, I have symptoms with the headache, I felt also my tongue is quite numb like I drink hot water and also i felt my cheek is quite thick. in addition, sometimes i slept with the position of right and i woke up my hand right is pin and needles like i blood does not flow well. please help what is this disease. Thanks

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms are pointing towards nerve related problem causing Neuropathy and in case if you have numb feeling along with tingling all over the body on one side then it seems to be due to Peripheral Neuropathy..
It can also be due to Vitamin B 12 deficiency..

I would suggest you to consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like MRI Scan, blood test etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now you can start taking Vitamin B-complex supplements..
Take a Nutritious diet and drink plenty of water..
