What Causes Headache And Chest Pain Upon Breathing?

Hello Last year march i went flying in a light aircraft , after a day i started getting a headache and pain in the chest everytime i breath . Then i went to the doctor they said my lung has swollen up from the air pressure when flying . I have been treated with so many antibiotics for inflammition, for pain etc I have permantely short of breath now , and a burning And my one side where the lung was swollen up is somtetimes sore when i breathe . I cant exerise because the next day my chest is in so many pain . I dont know what to do or what medication to use anymore
