What Causes Head/body/back/loin Pain With Heartburn And Dysuria?

A 35 year old patient is investigated for anemia. He complained as well from headache, body, back, loin, and joint pain with heartburn and dysuria. The blood film shows target cells. Which one of the following is a probable cause? A. Haemolytic uraemic syndrome, B. Paroxysmal noctural haemoglobinuria, C. Thalassemia, D. Haemochromatosis, E. Impending renal impairment

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that no this are the deferential diagnosis which may not be the reason because just with the single clue with the routine blood film this can not be think like that it should be supported with some strong clinical evidence, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
