What Causes Hard Testicles During Hernia?

Hi there i recently went to the doctos as when i was working out i felt this sharp shooting pain in my right testical and it felt like my testical once tryig to go in side my stomach, They refered me to the hospital and sone a urine sample which came back clear and done a examination and confirmed it was a hernia. Since then it feels like my testical has become very hard compared to my other one whcih is really soft. Please advise me

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted that you have been diagnosed as hernia and once you had sharp pain in the right testicle and you felt as it the testicle was trying to enter into the abdomen.
This was in fact due to the torsion and elevation of the testicle and was not diagnosed hence will now appear hard.
Watch out further it may become still hard and smaller if it goes into the stage of atrophy.

I would advise you the following:
Get an urgent color doppler and ultrasonography of the scrotum.
Consult an Urologist for clinical evaluation, further investigations and management.
