What Causes Hard Lymph Nodes?

Hi, I have had an inflamed left vocal cord, swollen and hard lymph node in my neck under my jaw, persistent hoarseness and ear buzzing and pain for three months. I noticed in the last two weeks my skin is looking a yellow colour around my face. Please help

hello,thanks for your query, vocal card inflammation, neck lymph node enlargement,hoarseness suggests, it could be due to tuberculosis, malignency or some granulomatous disease. u need to be evaluated with fine needle aspiration cytology(fnac) of lymph node, which gives the root cause and direction of proper treatment. all the best. take care.
