What Causes Hard Lump Along With Dull Aching Pain In The Collar Bone?

I recently had a sharp piece of furniture fall on my collar bone. It left a hard bump that I can move laterally on my collar bone. It is also tender to the touch. I have no pain when I move my arm or have limited range of motion but when I left or strain in a lift the collar bone area has a dull aching pain. What could this be?

Hi...
even a small fracture of Clavicle ( collar bone) can cause wide range of symptoms. Kindly get an Xray chest, and consult your orthopaedician.
"Figure of 8" bandage around shoulder should be enough.
