Hi, All your present complaints are related to the neural system and possible cause could be your not so good control of blood sugar. Commonest complications of diabetes mellitus are due to retinopathy, nephropathy, and neuropathy. Loss of neural sensation leads to falling feeling or unable to feel or even abnormal pains. You need to get your blood sugar under control by regular medication and proper diet. Supplements rich in vitamins or vitamin rich food is essential particularly vitamin B12 needs to be taken to improve neural complaints. Foot safety, and proper protection of hand and feet along with slow mobility and physiotherapy can avoid injuries and improve symptoms. If you have any further queries, happy to help again.
