What Causes Hair Loss And Thinning When Diagnosed With Anxiety Disorder?
Hello, I am 18 years old and about 3-4 months ago my hair started falling out. When I rub my hands across my head I pull out 4 or 5+ hairs, I ve been losing some hair at the sides of my head and some in the back but mostly at the top. And recently I started noticing my pubic hair has been falling out in clumps. Every hair that falls out has a little white bulb at the end of it. MPB doesn t run in my family, my grandpa in my moms side lost his is hair in his 40s though. I lost 50 lbs about 2 years ago and ate a low diet and that s when my hair started thinning, I also have anxiety disorder to go along with this. Somebody please give me an idea of what it is.
Usually anxiety disorder is not routinely associated with the hair loss and thinning of hair roots. There is family history of the hair fall and hence autosomal dominant trait of hereditary baldness is common concern. The secondary cause with nutritional deficiency as iron or protein, recurrent dandruff infection, trace elements lack are the root evaluation conditions in this matter.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
