Read your query, as you have
bleeding gums while brushing this bleeding can be due to inflammation of gums that is
Gingivitis , deposition of food debris subgingival region of gums , used of hard bristles toothbrush , improper brushing technique.
Dont be worried so much this gum bleeding is not due to
HIV it can be due to some other reason that I have mentioned , I will suggest you to
consult dentist and go for oral prophylaxis . Inmeantime you can do warm saline rinses, use
chlorhexidine mouthwash , Use waxed interdental floss for cleaning interdental areas of teeth,
