General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello, don't worry about your problem
it will be relieved soon.

it seems that you are having an acid-peptic disease.
at present
1. Make some lifestyle modifications.
don't sleep immediately after taking food
2. don't stay hungry for a long tome.. take some meals more frequently
3. avoid spicy food
4. take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg or omeprazole 20 mg once daily for 2 weeks
5. and if the symptoms persist. I would suggest you get a UGI endoscopy done to rule out peptic ulcer disease.

Thankyou
