What Causes Greenish Colour Urine And Blood In Stool?

Hi, my fiance was in a car accident about 3 or 4 days ago and has been experiencing some weird symptoms. We took him to get checked out at the hospital and everything came back fine but now he is experiencing a greenish color when he urinates and there is some blood in his stool. Is this just a result of the injury or something more serious? The doctor put him on Vicodin so he has been taking that. He is 23 and never had any serious health problems before.

* The greenish urine is more likely to be in relation with bacterial infection

* Blood in stool is separate entity either injury induced or others , has to
be evaluated clinically .
