What Causes Greenish Clolour On Leg After Bacterial Infection?

My fiancé was in the hospital with a bacterial infection in his leg last Thursday thru Saturday. He is now home and taking amoxicillin. He is feeling much better and the swelling and redness have both gone down but there is some slight greenish coloring in one small area. Should I be concerned about this?

Hello,
Thank you for your contact to healthcare magic.
I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you that greenish color is always abnormal. I think you should consult doctor do Gram's staining and culture sensitivity to rule out infection. It also helps you diagnose probable pathogen and its sensitivity pattern.

I will be happy to answer all your future concern.
Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank
