What Causes Green Stool And Belly Pain During Pregnancy?

i'm 30 years old 115lbs 5"5 38weeks and 2 days pregnant. been having contractions but no dilation. lower part of my belly has been hurting and i made a bowel movement that was green. was wondering if the pain was from pressure and the green stool was from to much iron?

you are having infectious diorrhea,get treated.can have labor pains in few days.
iron do not causes green stool.
