What Causes Green And Gray Color Diarrhea?
Had food poisoning Monday. I ve had somach cramps chills but vomited only once on Monday and had diarrhea since then green in colour then it changed colour to gray. I m filling ok since Tuesday. Took some active ted charcoal. My only concern is colour of my stool. Still gray
