Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Your problems of heartburn, increasing on oily and spicy food, thirsty and green, black mucousy stools is indicative of one of the following things:
you have GERD that is
gastroesophageal reflux disease, may be associated enterocolitis.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
Clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist.
Upper GI Endoscopy. tests of stool, blood and urine.
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
You will be started on a PPI like
Pantoprazole.
Domperidone to stop the reflux.
Take antacid liquid when on empty stomach.
Soft and bland diet.
An antibiotic,
metronidazole and probiotics should solve your stool problem.
Take probiotics, activated charcoal tablets.
IF this does not help fully you may need additional CT scan of abdomen and colonoscopy and biopsy and further management as per the reports.
If all the tests are normal; then this can be taken as a case of IBS that is
irritable bowel syndrome. Control of stress and anxiety can help to control the symptoms better along with symptomatic treatment.
