What Causes Fuzzy Vision And Growth In White Part Of Eye?

I woke up this morning with fuzzy vision in one eye. This went away after an hour and every time I put eye drops in my vision is off for about 15 minutes in one eye. When i inspected it closer I noticed a growth on the white part of my eye, I can poke it and it moves, but it is attached. What is this, and why would it develope over night?

What ever you have explained requires local examination by eye doctor. From your description it is presumed to be pterigium. It starts from conjunctiva towards cornea and ultimately encroach towards pupilary area. This is degenerative tissue. If pterigium it requires resection. Resection is the only treatment available for it.
