What Causes Fullness In Ear And Pain/bloating In Stomach?

I AM A FEMALE OF 67 YEARS OLD. ABOUT E MONTH AGO I HAD SEVERE SWEATING FOLLOWED CHILLS AND LATER STARTED FEELING PAIN AND FULLNESS IN MY STOMACH THEN FAINTED HALF HOUR LATER. ADMITTED IN THE HOSPITAL DID SEVERAL TESTS. NOW HAVE FULLNESS IN THE RIGHT EAR, PAIN AND BLOATING IN THE STOMACH AND WEAKNESS IN MY BODY. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

Hi,

I understand your concern about the new symptoms that you have been experiencing.

You have mentioned that you have bloating sensation in the abdomen and also feeling of weakness and fullness in right ear . The symptoms suggest a systemic reaction to an illness within your body. I would think that your body is under stress and so you have probably developed non ulcer dyspepsia and everytime you are irregular with your meals you end up having these symptoms. I would suggest Tablet. Pantoprazole 40 mg to be started for symptomatic releif. I would also recommend you to reduce stress and practice meditation and also take timely meals.

I would like you to clarify regarding the fullness in the right ear. Do you have any pus or watery discharge . Do you have decreased hearing or a ringing sensation in the right ear. In case of these symptoms it could be an ear infection . I would suggest you review with a otorhinolaryngologist(ENT specialist) in case of any of these symptoms for a thorough ear evaluation .

Regarding your past history of fainting , Can you clarify if you are a diabetic and if you are on any medications for the same.
