What Causes Frequent Vomiting,breathing Problem With Dehydration In Pregnancy?

Our daughter is 18 weeks pregnant and has been suffering extreme nausea, difficulty breathing, with a hard and persistent cough. Today she was hospitalized and diagnosed with dehydration and substantial fluid was discovered in her left lung. What is the likely cause?

Hi, she need proper evaluation by physcian and cardiologist also she may have heart disease had aggravated in pregnancy or severe chest infection without examination its difficult to coment.take care of herself.
