What Causes Frequent Urination,clear Vaginal Discharge And Stomach Upset?

I am 20 years old, I had unprotected sex a week ago and a couple days ago I ve been peeing a lot like every time I drink something. And the urge to pee is head on instant I need to see right now. Also I m having clear discharge and it has no odor. Also my stomach is cramp and upset alot

I read your query carefully. I appreciate your concern regarding it.
According to the details,it seems like you are suffering from Urinary Tract Infection. If i will be your treating doctor i will advise you few things like
1- Maintain your proper hygeine.
2- Drink alot of water.
3- Complete your antibiotic course. like ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day for a week.
4- Take urine Alklynizers like citro soda or cran max sachet in one glass water twice a day.
5- In case of pain you can use simple painkiller like Acetaminophen 1000mg after meal.
6- I will advise you to use protection if you do not want pregnancy.
