What Causes Frequent Urination In Diabetes At Night?
Sir I am a diabetic for nearly 20years now and my sugar status are fasting 90-110, recently my problem is frequently urine problem at night between 2 am to 5 am and I am taking after dinner medicienes i.e. Rablet-20, Rosuvas-f10 and ecosprine-75 so can you tell me more about my urine problem
Thanks for posting your concern in the HCM. From the information regarding fasting sugar, I think your short term glycemic control is good. But you need to check HBA1c and 2 hr post prandial glucose. Long term control and post meal spike can be determined from them. Along with these, you need to have a routine urine examination and usg KUB to check post void urine status too.A first morning Urine RE will rule out UTI. Any bladder outlet obstruction or an enlarged prostate may be ruled out by USG . Continue with your daily medications and diet and lifestyle changes. Please write back for any further query or report investigation results to your local doctor or to us for further management.
hello n welcome. I read ur history carefull, plz do the following investigations HBA1C, RFTS (UREA CREATININE), URINE RE , AND LET ME KNOW THEN. PLZ ALSO MONITOR UR BP THRICE A DAY FOR 5 DAYS N LET ME KNOW THE READINGS SO THAT IF NEEDED UR MEDICATION IS ALTERED. HABA1C IS SUPERIOR TEST TO FASTING SUGAR SO THAT WOULD HELP IN UR MANAGEMENT. THANX
