What Causes Frequent Urination And Increased Thirst And Hunger?

I am 26, 5'5, and weight about 135. lately i've been experiencing frequent urination, light headedness, extreme hunger and thirst. I have also been very tired but if i wake up during the night I have trouble going back to sleep. After I eat I feel sick in most cases. I've been experiencing constant headaches as well. I'm under a lot off stress lately but I'm worried there might be more to it. Let me know what you think
