General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Is this raised temperature in the evening is for a few days or weeks?
He is just 1 years old.
You can plainly give him Parcetamol as per wight ( as per Doctor's advise) for 5 days, if no improvement repeat the tests - include X-ray chest , ultrasonography- Urine : routine, microscopy culture and sensitivity, Quantiferon gold test for TB.
You may get something positive helping your Doctor to treat him accordingly .
