Hi,

All these symptoms can be a part of PMS (post menopausal syndrome), caused by hormonal changes occurring after menopause. Hot and cold feelings are because of vasomotor disturbances associated with PMS This may benefit from HRT (hormone replacement therapy) with estrogen or drugs like SSRIs. Kindly discuss with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK, Pediatrician
