What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Heart Along With Fatigue?
HI ...not sure....quick history...fibro over 30 years. 15 years ago brain and spinal cord injuries due to unexplained blackouts resulting five years in bed. Got over that approx six years ago. Two years ago diagnosed with mast cell activation disorder and its multi symptoms.....this summer double concussion to brain, then tenant cane up overdose and seizured. Day after went into shock and PTSD, which I ve experienced but nit to this degree. Approx one month ago with recurring nightmares and flashbacks. Settled down somewhat now experiencing fluttering in heart , extra fatigue, and some tightening in chest. Also have pots syndrome. Kinda complicated . Concerned re fluttering
Check for other possibilities like arrhythmia or myocardial infraction etc. Do regular exercise and yoga. Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hello, Possible causes are: 1. POTS syndrome itself causes palpitations. 2. post-traumatic stress disorder also may present like this. 3. Hyperthyroidism. 4. Night terrors. 5. Panic attacks may present like this. Check for other possibilities like arrhythmia or myocardial infraction etc. Do regular exercise and yoga. Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol.
