Hi there. I have been experiencing fluttering of the heart everyday for approx. 1 month. My heart rate doesn t spike but it will have 3 normal beats then seems like a pause and continue. I have recently lost 13 lbs in 2 months and not sure if this is a result of loss weight. I appreciate your feed back..Paul
Hi, Rhythm abnormalities of heart can give rise to the situation that you describe. ECG, 24 hour holter monitoring and Echocardiography are highly suggested. Given the history of weight loss, possibility of Atrial myxoma is there, which if there, would be revealed by Echo. Regards
