Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are suggestive or anxiety. A thyroid gland dysfunction or gastroesophageal reflux can not be excluded either.
Coming to this point, I would recommend trying an antiacid and checking your thyroid hormone levels.
In case your symptoms are relieved by an antiacid, a fibrogastroscopy would be needed.
Otherwise, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of your complaints. In such case, consulting with a specialist of the field (psychotherapist, psychologist) would be necessary.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best regards!
