What Causes Fluttering In Legs/thighs/feet/head/ears While Having Anemia?

I am 56 and female. Have experienced past 5 years of anemia that was very critical. Constant weakness and bleeding. For the past 6 months no cycle except one day recently with one period of clot loss. Nerves have been on edge and took Tylenol for a couple of years for back pain. Have curvature of the spine and dislocated pelvic bone on right side. Lately am experiencing constant fluttering in legs, thighs, feet and even in head and sometimes in ears. WHAT may be wrong with me? I also occasionally take an antidepressant. Perhaps one every three weeks or so.

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Anemia due to Vit B12 deficiency can present with neurological manifestations.
2. Vit B12 assay can confirm the diagnosis. The anaemia would be macrocytic anemia.
3. occasional anti-depressant would not cause these symptoms. Possibly, Vit B12 deficiency induced peripheral neuropathy manifestations. further tests necessary for confirmation.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
